Bahadır Chemicals Group initiated its business endeavors in the automotive sector in 1974.

The pivotal transformation in Turkey’s automotive industry was marked by the establishment of TOFAŞ in 1968. The late Vehbi Koç harbored a grand vision: to make spare parts for domestically produced vehicles readily available in even the most remote towns across the country. In alignment with this vision and bolstered by Koç’s encouragement, Bahadır Chemicals quickly achieved significant success upon entering the market. The company expanded its ventures in the automotive field, embarking on car service operations in 1997 and becoming the Central Anatolia distributor for Pirelli tires in 2003. The company also manages two marketing firms within its corporate structure.

In step with the rapid industrialization of our nation, Bahadır Chemicals made its foray into the industrial sector by establishing a motor oil and antifreeze production facility in Ankara in 2001. Under the brand name Qluk, the company swiftly secured distribution agreements and established an effective distribution network. In addition to motor oil, Bahadır Chemicals expanded its production by opening an aerosol production plant in 2009, aiming to become a solution partner for companies in the realms of aerosols, motor oils, and antifreeze.

Taking advantage of regional incentives, Bahadır Chemicals continued its production activities in its new factory located in Kırıkkale in 2013. The facility operates on a total area of 8,500 square meters, with 4,500 square meters enclosed and an additional 4,000 square meters open.

Bahadır Chemicals is distinctive in Turkey for its diverse product range, manufacturing items such as motor oils, industrial oils, gear oils, transmission fluids, radiator antifreeze, brake cleaner spray, spray paints, rust remover sprays, mold release agents, MIG welding sprays, silicones, polyurethane foams, sealants, and gas cartridges.

With sales teams active in four regions—Adana, Gaziantep, İzmir, and İstanbul—Bahadır Chemicals continues pursuing marketing activities encompassing neighboring provinces.
